Services
Individual therapy offers a space where you can feel heard, accepted, and free to show up as your whole self. Together, we can slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, and become curious about the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and challenges impacting your life.
Our work will be collaborative and tailored to you, focusing on what feels most important and supporting meaningful change at a pace that feels right. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, flexibility, self-compassion, and connection with yourself as you move toward the life and relationships you want.
Individual Therapy
Recurring conflict, communication difficulties, emotional/physical disconnection, unmet needs, or unresolved wounds and past hurts can strain and impact relationships. Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, better understand patterns and negative cycles in your relationship, express your feelings and needs, and learn to listen, turn toward, and respond to each other with greater clarity, curiosity, compassion, and understanding.
Together, we'll set meaningful goals and create a plan to address these challenges. Depending on your goals, we'll work on rebuilding trust and safety, deepening your emotional bond, and building a stronger, more secure, and fulfilling relationship that brings joy and satisfaction to all parties.
Couples Therapy
Being a teenager can be a lot to navigate. Between school, friendships, family, relationships, and figuring out who you are, it’s easy to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you’ve been dealing with anxiety, struggling to fit in, having a hard time expressing your feelings, or just feeling like things have been a bit much lately. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or have the right words to talk about it.
At Inner Sanctuary Therapy, you’ll have a space to be yourself, talk about what’s going on, and feel seen and heard without judgment. We can work through whatever is on your mind, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re looking for ways to manage stress, work through difficult or confusing emotions, improve friendships or relationships, or feel more confident in who you are, therapy can help you better understand yourself and find ways to handle life’s ups and downs.
Teen Therapy
As a queer woman, I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and couples feel comfortable being themselves. Exploring your sexuality or gender, navigating coming out, or working through challenges in relationships and family dynamics can bring up a lot of different emotions. You may also be managing anxiety, feeling disconnected from yourself, or trying to better understand your needs and what feels right for you.
Whether you’re coming to therapy on your own or with a partner, our work together can help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your relationships, and build a deeper connection with yourself and others. Your experiences and relationships deserve to be met with care, curiosity, and respect.
